Mike Savitsky - Executive Chef/Partner

An innovator in banquet menu planning and a purist in the quality of ingredients and cooking, Mike Savitsky has been a partner in Morrell Caterers since 1997. Formerly the Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt New York, Mike completed his professional culinary training in New York City and performed an extended apprenticeship in the Provence region of France. His expertise in New American Cuisine and a range of global culinary traditions enables him to create custom dining concepts for each event. Mike works directly with specific growers around the region and the nation to source the best ingredients and freshest seasonings. The unique results will surprise--and delight--your palette.
