Inspired since childhood by his family's dynamic catering company, Scott Morrell has continually explored and refined the concept of the perfect event experience. He graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Economics before returning to the family business with renewed aspirations. The inception of Morrell Caterers and the founding of Woodbury Jewish Center allowed Scott to set a new standard in the field of custom catering.
